摘要(Abstract):

本文分析并计算了含尘离心风机叶轮的磨损和尘粒的流动轨迹。研究的焦点是当流动条件变化时,进气条件对含尘离心风机叶轮的影响。提出了通过改变进气条件改善其耐磨特性的方法。
The flow traces of particulates and the erosion of impellers in centrifugal fans with particulates were calculated and analysed in this paper. The focal point of investigation was the effects on flow conditions of particulates and erosion of impellers in the centrifugal fans with particulates when the inlet flow conditions were varied. The ways to improve the anticorrosion characteristic of centrifugal fans with particulates by varying inlet flow conditions were proposed.
