风机——管网系统的变工况能耗分析

摘要(Abstract):

本文以常见的风机——管网系统为背景,提出了四种有代表性的运行时间概率密度分布函数,并导出了相应的能耗分析公式。分析结果表明:压力曲线陡峭的高效风机在变工况运行时未必具有高的系统效率;可进行无级调速控制的风机在变工况运行时系统效率最高。文中提出的公式和方法可作为风机优化选型的基础。
Based on the usual fau-ducting system, four representative probabity density distrubution funetions are derived correspondingly in thisp aper. The results shows that the system effeciency of high-effeciency-fans with steep pressure curve may not behigh acturally and the fans under the variable speed control can have the highest system effeciency at changing operation condition. The formulation and method presented can be regarded as optimum base for the choice of patterns.
