气阀对汽车空调涡旋压缩机工作过程的影响研究Study on the Influence of Valve on Working Process of Scroll Compressor for Automobile Air Conditioner

摘要(Abstract):
为探究气阀对涡旋压缩机工作过程的影响,本文对2个安装气阀与不安装气阀的涡旋压缩机样机进行了对比试验研究,得到了压缩机的示功图,并和理论模拟值进行了对比。结果表明:不安装气阀的涡旋压缩机会引起排气腔内高压气体向压缩腔倒流,导致各个压缩腔之间内泄漏增加,压缩机耗功增加,制冷量和COP下降。
To investigate the influence of the valve on the scroll compressor,the experimental research of two scroll compressors with a valve or not was carried out. The indicator diagram of a scroll compressor was obtained by a pressure guiding pipe and was compared with simulation result. The results show that the high-pressure gas in a discharge chamber flows back to the scroll compression chamber in the scroll compressor without a discharge valve,resulting in more leakage among different compression chambers. The compressor power consumption increases as the refrigeration capacity and COP both decrease.
