湍流模型在卧螺离心机内单相流场数值模拟中的适用性分析Analysis on the Applicability of Turbulence Models for the Numerical Simulation of the Flow Field in a Decanter Centrifuge

摘要(Abstract):
以卧螺离心机螺旋流道内流体为研究对象,应用Fluent软件中提供的7种典型湍流模型,在相同网格条件下进行三维稳态数值模拟。模拟结果表明:RNG k-ε模型与文献值吻合性最好,其次是SST k-ω模型,Realizable k-ε模型虽然模拟结果良好,但选用时要慎重。RSM模型仅在模拟高转速时比较适合,在低转速时,偏差较大,而标准k-ε,标准k-ω,S-A模型模拟结果与文献结果偏差较大。本文结果可以为卧螺离心机流场计算中的湍流模型的选取提供参考。
In order to analyze the applicability of turbulence models for the numerical simulation of decanter centrifuges,seven different turbulence models of Fluent,a CFD software,have been used.Results show that RNG k-ε model is well consistent with the literature values,and SST k-ω model is the second choice.Realizable k-ε models appeared to be not bad,but be careful to select and application.RSM model is only adapt to the high speed but not low speed.the calculation accuracy of standard k-ε,standard k-ω and S-A are worse.The results could be used as a guide for selecting turbulence model in viscous flow calculation for decanter centrifuges.
