双冷源新风机组除湿性能测试研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究双冷源新风机组在夏季供冷时的实际除湿效果,对双冷源新风机组在其名义工况下的除湿效果进行了试验测试,同时还研究了双冷源新风机组在不同主机供水温度、不同再热前温度、不同送风量等工况下的除湿效果。通过对双冷源新风机组在夏季实际运行时的除湿性能进行测试可以发现:双冷源新风机组在其名义工况下运行时单位质量新风的除湿量在18~25 g/kg之间,出风含湿量为8 g/kg,除湿效果良好;提高主机供水温度、提高再热前温度、增大送风量都会降低双冷源新风机组的除湿能力,使送风含湿量升高。研究结果对制定双冷源新风机组在实际应用时的运行策略都具有一定的参考价值。
In order to study the actual dehumidification effect of the double-cold source fresh air handling unit in summer,the dehumidification effect of the double-cold source fresh air handling unit under its nominal operating conditions was studied through experimental testing.At the same time,the dehumidification effect of the fresh air handling unit with double cold sources was also studied under different supply water temperature of the main unit,different temperature before reheating and different air volume.It can be found that the dehumidification capacity of fresh air per unit mass of double-cold source fresh air handling unit under its nominal operating conditions is between 18 g/kg and 25 g/kg,the outlet air humidity of the double-cold source fresh air handling unit is 8 g/kg under its nominal operating conditions,and the dehumidification effect is good.Moreover,the dehumidification capacity of the double-cold source fresh air handling unit will be reduced by increasing supply water temperature of the main unit,the temperature before reheating,and the supply air volume and the humidity of supply air be increased.The research results provide a certain reference value for developing the operation strategy of double-cold source fresh air handling units in practical application.
