计算机CPU蒸发散热技术探讨Original Research of Evaporation and Heat Transfer Technology for CPU in Computer

摘要(Abstract)：
对蒸发散热的原理进行了阐述,提出了渗透水的计算与控制、渗透能力试验和渗透材料的选择、散热器结构设计等研究内容和相关的设想,对蒸发散热器的发展提出了存在的问题。
The principle of this method has been explained in details.Meanwhile,some research imagination is set forth,such as,the calculation and control of quantity of the infiltrating water,the experiment of the ability of infiltrating,the method to find the material of infiltrating and the design of structure of heat sink.At last,some problems existing in this method have been mentioned.
