再循环冷却塔辐射供冷的试验研究Recycling Cooling Tower of the Experimental Study of Radiation Cooling

摘要(Abstract):
针对我国中湿度地区设计搭建了再循环冷却塔实验台,并与辐射末端相结合,阐述了其工作原理并对再循环冷却塔进行了性能测试。依照过渡季节和夏季工况,对再循环冷却塔供冷性能进行了测试,并结合测试结果对不同冷源的供冷方案进行能耗分析,挖掘了再循环冷却塔在实际应用中的节能潜力。经计算得出,在不同条件下该系统方案相比传统机械制冷供冷方案可节能40%~60%。同时以期使更多的工程设计人员了解该供冷模式及设计思路,为工程设计人员提供有益的参考。
Humidity in the region of our country has set up a recycling cooling tower designed to test-bed with the end of radiation combined,the principle of its work was expounded,as well as recycling of cooling tower performance test.In accordance with the transitional seasons and in summer conditions,to recycle cooling performance of cooling towers tested,and combined with the cold test results for different sources of cooling energy analysis program,excavation of the recycling cooling tower in the practical application of energy-saving potential.Calculate that,in the program of the system under different conditions compared to traditional mechanical refrigeration cooling solution can 40%~60% energy saving.At the same time in order to allow more engineers to understand the cooling mode and design ideas for engineering design provides a useful reference.
