二氧化碳热泵干燥系统的研究

摘要(Abstract):

从CO2跨临界循环的热力学特性分析入手,给出CO2热泵干燥系统的两种形式,并对系统进行评价和分析。结果表明,CO2跨临界循环能够实现与干燥介质(空气)良好的温度匹配,热泵循环的COP达5.1~5.7,系统的单位除湿率SMER达2.86~3.20kg/(kW.h)。CO2热泵干燥系统的火用损失主要发生在压缩、除湿、空气加热和节流的过程中,减少干燥过程中的火用损失,应主要从这几方面进行优化。
Based on the analysis of the thermodynamic characteristics of CO_2 transcritical cycle,two kinds of CO_2 transcritical heat pump drying system were presented,and thd systems were evaluated and analyzed.The results show that heat rejection process of CO_2 transcritical cycle has a good temperature matching with drying medium(air),the coefficient of performance(COP) of the heat pump cycle reaches 5.1~5.7,and the specific moisture extraction rate(SMER) of the system reaches 2.86~3.20 kg/(kW·h).The losses of exergy of CO_2 transcritical heat pump drying systems mainly exist in the processes of compression,dehumidification,air heating and throttling,which indicate the optimized direction to decrease the losses of exergy in the drying process.
