除湿热泵热水系统的热力性能研究Experimental Study on the Thermal Performance of a Heat Pump Water Heater with Dehumidification

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了一套具有除湿功能的空气源热泵热水系统。在标准焓差试验室里,分别对除湿和热泵热水2种模式进行试验研究,考察了制冷剂充灌量和电子阀开度对其性能的影响。试验结果表明:按照GB/T 21362-2008普通型热泵热水器测试工况下运行热泵热水模式,当制冷充灌量为750g,电磁阀开度为38.30%时,系统COP值可达到4.18。在相同的充灌量下依据国标名义工况运行除湿模式,得到了除湿量和单位输入功率除湿量随电磁阀开度变化的曲线,当制冷剂充灌量为750g,电磁阀开度为21.3%时,除湿量和单位输入功率除湿量分别为1.38kg/h和1.78kg/(h.kW)。
A new type of air-source heat pump with dehumidification was introduced in this paper.Many experiments were carried out in an enthalpy-difference lab,which had two rooms with constant air temperature and humidity handled by an air conditioning system.The system was operated under two different application modes(water heating and air dehumidifying) to investigate the effects of refrigerant charge and openings of the electronic expansion valves(EEV) under the normal conditions in Chinese standards GB/T 21362-2008 and GBT 19411-2003 respectively.Variation of condensing temperature,evaporating temperature,mass flux and power consumption with time were measured.In addition,heating capacity and average coefficient of performance(COP) varying with the opening of EEV in heat pump water-heating mode were investigated under two refrigerant charges.The COP reached the maximum value of 4.18 when the refrigerant charge was 750g and EEV 38.30%.At the same time,the variations of dehumidification capacity and dehumidification capacity per input power with opening of EEV were gained under the same refrigerant charge.They were respectively 1.35 kg/h and 1.8 kg/(h·kW) when the refrigerant charge was 750g and opening of EEV 21.3%.
