改变蜗壳安装位置提高多翼离心风机性能的试验研究与数值分析Experimental Study and Numerical Analysis on Improving the Performance of Multi-blade centrifugal Fan by Changing the Volute Position

摘要(Abstract):
以中央空调中广泛使用的多翼离心风机为研究对象,在不改变现有加工工艺的情况下,保持叶轮和集流器同心,试验研究了改变蜗壳安装位置时的气动性能和噪声特性。试验结果表明:对于本文研究的风机,叶轮中心与蜗壳中心相重合的位置并不是最佳安装位置,适当改变蜗壳的安装位置可使风机性能得到改善。当叶轮偏距L为10mm,偏心角θ为150°时,相比于原风机,改变蜗壳安装位置的风机在变转速工况范围内,风量提高3.5%~3.9%,效率提高1.2%~2.8%,同时噪声下降1.6~1.8dB(A)。对改进前后风机内部流动的数值分析表明:改进风机也改善了叶轮叶道内的总体流动状况,减小叶道内的流动分离损失,增加了流通能力,因而使风机气动性能提高,噪声降低。
Squirrel-cage fans are widely used in air-conditioning systems.In this study,the effect of different relative impellerto-volute positions on the performance of a multi-blade centrifugal fan was investigated experimentally.The experimental result shows that changing the installation position of the volute properly will increase the aerodynamic performance and decrease the Aweighted sound pressure level(SPL).Compared with the original fan,when the eccentricity angle is θ=150°,the eccentricity is L=10mm,the fan volume flow rate and the total efficiency are increased by 3.5%~3.9% and 1.2%~2.8%,while the Aweighted SPL decrease by 1.6~1.8dB.The inner flow of the original fan and the modified fan was analyzed after verifying the reliability of the numerical simulation,and the results show that the modified fan improves the blade channel flow of the impeller and decreases the flow separation,thus increasing the aerodynamic performance increase and attenuating the noise.
