摘要(Abstract):
介绍了机车柴油机冷却系统蜡式自动恒温阀的工作原理、性能特点。建立了关键元件———蜡式热动力元件的热力数学模型,并进行了试验验证与分析,对蜡式自动恒温阀样机的性能在不同条件下进行了试验研究,试验表明:蜡式自动恒温阀在使用条件下,可将温度控制在43±2℃范围内,并且运行稳定、可靠。
The principle and performance characteristics of the wax-type thermostatic valve in cooling system of locomotive engine are introduced.Thermal mathematical modeling of the key component——wax-type thermal element was established,experimental research and analysis was proposed and tested as well,experimental research of thermostatic valve prototype performance was carried out.The experimental results show that under operating conditions,the temperature can be controlled at the range of 43±2℃,the system is stable and reliable with excellent effects.
