摘要(Abstract):

针对冰浆两相流在离心泵的流动特性问题,基于欧拉法建立冰浆Mixture两相流模型,通过FLUENT软件对冰浆流动特性进行数值模拟,得到了在不同流量工况下的离心泵内部压力场、速度场以及冰晶颗粒分布特性。多次数值计算,获得离心泵在输送含冰率为10%的冰浆时的性能特性曲线,并与该离心泵在输送清水时的性能曲线进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:在非设计流量工况下,叶轮末端和蜗壳之间存在较大的压力梯度,说明冲击损失大,效率较设计工况低。在小流量工况下,流动较紊乱,容易发生汽蚀。在设计流量工况下,冰晶颗粒浓度较小;在非设计工况下,冰晶颗粒浓度较大,会影响到离心泵的性能和使用寿命。
For the problem of the flow characteristics of the ice slurry two-phase flow in the centrifugal pump,the ice slurry Mixture two-phase flow model was established based on the Euler method,and the flow characteristics of the ice slurry were numerically simulated by FLUENT software.The internal pressure field,velocity field and ice crystal particle distribution characteristics of the centrifugal pump were obtained.By multiple numerical calculations,the performance characteristic curve of the centrifugal pump when delivering ice slurry with 10% ice content was obtained,and compared with the performance curve of this centrifugal pump when delivering pure water.The results indicate that under non-design flow conditions,there is a large pressure gradient between the end of the impeller and the volute,indicating that the impact loss is large and the efficiency is lower than that under design conditions.Under low flow conditions,the flow is turbulent and cavitation is prone to occur.Under design flow conditions,the concentration of ice crystal particles is small.Under non-design conditions,the concentration of ice crystal particles is large,which will affect the performance and service life of the centrifugal pump.
