基于CFD技术的大容量风冷冰箱流场分析及改进设计Numerical Analysis of Air Flow Field in Air-cooled Refrigerator with Large Capacity and its Design Improvement

摘要(Abstract):
冰箱中食物的保存质量直接依赖箱内的空气流场和温度分布,而流场分布及温度分布取决于冰箱风机系统、风口位置及内部结构,这是当前大容量风冷冰箱设计中的一个难点。本文将CFD仿真技术引入到大容量风冷冰箱产品设计中,建立了某型号大容量风冷冰箱风机风道系统的三维模型,对冰箱风道的流场进行了仿真分析;根据仿真结果采用离心风机替代传统的轴流风机,并对风道系统进行针对性的改进,很大程度上提高了冰箱出风口风量,改善了风道系统流场分布并且有效降低了噪音。物理试验验证了本文研究方法的可行性和正确性。
The quality of food reservation in refrigerator directly relies on the flow field distribution and the temperature distribution. And the flow field distribution and the temperature distribution are determined by the fan system,air inlet /outlet position and internal structure of a refrigerator,which is a big difficulty in the design of air-cooled refrigerator with large capacity. In this paper,CFD simulation technology is introduced to the design of air-cooled refrigerator with large capacity. Firstly,3D simulation model of an air-cooled refrigerator with large capacity is set up and the simulation of internal flow field is performed. Then,according to the simulation results,some big design improvements have been made,such as,centrifugal fan replacing axial fan and modification of air duct system. By doing this,the air circulation has been increased and the noise of the refrigerator has been decreased effectively due to the improved flow field distribution. The feasibility and correctness of this paper has been verified by experimental test.
