GY70型机械密封端面摩擦状态试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

机械密封端面摩擦状态包括干摩擦、边界摩擦、流体摩擦和混合摩擦。端面摩擦状态是决定机械密封工作寿命和密封性能好坏的关键因素。本文探讨了判断机械密封端面摩擦状态的摩擦因数法、工况参数法、Mayer法和相对膜厚法。对GY70型机械密封的端面摩擦状态进行了试验研究。研究表明,当弹簧比压为0.0866MPa、介质压力为0.45MPa、转速在1116~2940r/min范围内时,GY70型机械密封端面间的摩擦状态为边界摩擦。
The friction regimes of the end faces of mechanical seals include dry friction,fluid friction,boundary friction and mixed friction.The friction state of the end faces is a key factor that can decide their operating life and sealing performance.The methods for judging friction regimes of the end faces of mechanical seals were analyzed,such as friction factoring method,duty parameter method,Mayer method and relative film thickness method.The friction characteristic of GY70 mechanical seal was tested.The test results indicate that When the spring pressure and the medium pressure are respectively equal to 0.0866 MPa and 0.45 MPa and the rotational speed is between 1116 rpm and 2940 rpm,the end faces of GY70 mechanical seal work in boundary friction regime.
