蓄冰桶内冰晶溶解过程的数学模型研究

摘要(Abstract):

近年来,蓄冰空调系统中蓄冰桶内的冰晶在溶解时与其携流体(乙二醇水溶液)的传质传热问题日益受到学者们的重视。在对前人相关冰晶溶解模型进行修改的基础上,对冰晶溶解过程作了三项基本假设,建立了冰晶在乙二醇水溶液中溶解时发生的传热传质过程的数学模型,推导出单个冰晶溶解时间和表面溶解速度等物理参数的计算公式,得出了远处溶液温度和冰晶表面温度之差是冰晶溶解的驱动力和重要影响因素。
The problem of mass and heat transfer between ice crystal and its surrounding fluid happening in the process of ice crystal melting in ice-storage container is paid more importance by the scholars in the last few years. By the modification of the existing correlative model, the mathematical model of ice crystal melting in ice-storage container is presented on three basic assumptions, and the formulas of its melting time and its surface melting velocity are given. Moreover, the conclusion that difference in temperature of the ice crystal surface and its surrounding fluid is the drive and important factor of ice crystal melting is acquired.
