亚临界CO_2流体性质及沸腾相变特性分析

摘要(Abstract):

分析了亚临界CO2流体的性质,并与R22和R134a进行了比较。结果表明,CO2的蒸发压力较高,表面张力较低,饱和液相和气相密度比较低,饱和液相粘度较小,比热较高,导热系数较大。微量不凝性气体NC-1对CO2气相物性影响较小。气泡核化分析表明,当过热度和蒸发温度相同时,CO2气泡临界半径以及所含蒸气分子数量级均比R22和R134a小很多,更易于气泡产生。总之,CO2的热物理性更有助于沸腾传热。
The properties of subcritical CO2 are analyzed and compared to those of R22 and R134a in this paper.The results show that CO2 has relatively high pressure and low surface tension.The ratio of saturated liquid density to saturated gas density is low,its saturated liquid viscosity is small,specific heat is high and heat conductivity is large.The effect of small amounts of non-condensable gas on the gas phase physical properties of CO2 is small.The analysis of bubble nucleation shows when the degree of superheat and evaporation temperature are the same,the CO2 bubble critical diameter and its containing number of vapor molecules are both much lower than those of R22 and R134a,so it is easy for CO2 to generate bubbles.In a word,the thermo-physical properties of CO2 are conductive to boiling heat transfer.
