基于树莓派的卧螺离心机污水处理装置电控系统

摘要(Abstract):

树莓派GPIO扩展RS485/GPIO模块,借助Modbus协议和变频器进行双向通讯,控制污水处理装置。本文介绍了基于树莓派的卧离心机污水处理装置的电控系统的设计;该电控系统不但实现了传统PLC控制系统所具有的全部功能,还能实现物联网功能,且总体成本大幅下降。Modbus
Raspberry Pi GPIO extends GPIO/RS485 modules,and performs two-way communication with frequency converter using Modbus protocol to achieve the purpose of controlling the sewage treatment device. It not only realizes all the functions of the traditional PLC control system,but also can realize the function of Internet of things,and the overall cost is greatly reduced.
