水煤浆雾化技术与应用研究Study on Technique and Application of Coal-water Slurry Atomization

摘要(Abstract):
评述了目前国内外水煤浆的雾化技术与应用研究的现状及存在问题。针对水煤浆不同于一般的牛顿流体的特性,就水煤浆雾化机理、雾化方式、雾化喷嘴的结构与雾化特性、雾炬流场的数值模拟及测试技术等方面进行了分析与总结。在此基础上,给出了水煤浆雾化喷嘴的设计思路,提高雾化细度的途径及完善数值模型的方向。
With regard to coal-water slurry,the characteristics different form Newton fluids,current research developments of the techniques and applications of Coal-water Slurry atomization are reviewed and estimated from the atomization theories,structures and characteristics of atomization nozzles,numerical modeling and testing techniques on spray of coal-water slurry respectively.The principles of design on atomization nozzles,the possible ways to improve SMD of spray and the direction to perfect numerical model are carried out.
