医用冷冻实验室离心机腔体内样本试剂温度试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

医用冷冻实验室离心机广泛应用于医学实验室,本文对医用冷冻试验室离心机样本试剂温度进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在相同设定温度下,随着转速增加样本试剂温度与设定温度的偏差越大,随着转速增加腔体内实际空气温度与设定温度的偏差也越大;在不同转速下,可以通过设定不同的腔体温度进行温度补偿的方法使样本试剂的温度在规定的离心试验时间内维持在4℃左右,从而初步得到了使离心转子内样本试剂维持离心试验所要求温度的方法。试验数据和分析结果为今后产品的开发和实际推广提供借鉴和指导依据。
Refrigerated centrifuge for medical labs is widely applied in medical laboratories.The paper made experimental research on the sample reagent temperature of refrigerated centrifuge for medical labs.The experimental results prove that the deviation between the sample reagent temperature and the setting temperature is stronger,between the real air temperature and the setting temperature is also stronger along with rotate speed increase,by setting different cavity temperature for temperature compensation,the sample reagent temperature is able to be maintained at 4℃ in the specified experiment time.The paper has preliminarily acquired the method of maintaining the sample reagent at a centrifuge experiment required temperature.Experimental data and analysis results can provide future product development and the actual promotion with reference.
