摘要(Abstract):
以石化系统高温高压管道球阀为案例,对高温高压条件下持续运行过程中管道阀门关键部件进行计算机辅助数值模拟计算与分析,为产品研发与技术工艺性能改进提供合理的参考依据。
By taking the ball valves in the high temperature and high pressure pipelines of petrochemical system as an example,in order to solve the problem of pipeline valves in continuous operation under high temperature and high pressure conditions,the computer-aided numerical simulation calculation and analysis was carried out on the key components of the valves in order provide reasonable reference basis for product R & D and improvement of process performance.
