板焊类离心式高效模型风机的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过对板焊类离心式高效模型风机叶轮进行轴向和径向切割后的性能试验,得到了其相对于标准机号的性能曲线的拓展范围。同时也得到了叶轮宽度和直径变化的最大范围,并提出了这类高效模型风机的压力系数计算公式及叶轮冲角的范围。另外,试验结果还表明采用三元流空间叶片可提高模型风机的性能。
The performance characteristics of standard No. welding centrifugal fans is experimentally investigated by cutting impellers either axially or radially. The extended range of performance curves , as well as the maximum width and diameter of the cut impellers are obtained. In the meantime, both the pressure coefficient correlation and the incidence range are proposed respectively. Moreover, The performance characteristics of the model centrifugal fans can be improved by using three-dimensional flow blade.
