摘要(Abstract):
采用CFD的方法,研究了风冷冷水机组用多风机微通道式冷凝器在部分负荷运行的空气侧流场分布特性,提出了优化部分负载时冷凝器性能的结构改进方案。研究表明,采用"V"型隔板的独立风道设计可以明显的提高冷凝器表面的气流分布均匀性,提高迎面风速,避免气流短路。有效的降低部分负荷时风冷冷凝器的冷凝压力,进而提高部分负荷时风冷冷水机组的性能。
CFD simulations are used to investigate the air flow characteristic around the multi-fan microchannel condensers of air-cooled chiller under part load conditions.An solution for improving the unit performance under part load condition is offered.The study shows that separating flow channel with "V" panel between the condenser cells will leads to the improvement of the air velocity distribution on condenser inlet face and avoiding short circuiting flow,and it also will result in the reduce of condensing pressure and the improvement of system performance under part load condition.
