摘要(Abstract):
自动变功率加热系统是根据油温上升或下降的趋势 ,利用PID算法预测油温的加热惯性 ,自动随机调整加热控制信号端的导通时间 ,从而实现无级变功率对油液分离机械进行可选的理想加热 ,实现对油品的无损加热 ,精确、平滑控温
The automatic power adjusted heating system is introduced. The system automatically adjusts the time of control signal to heat separation machinery ideally by means of calculating the inertia of heating using PID algorithm in accordance with the trend of oil temperature fluctuating.
