摘要(Abstract)：

通过对活塞材料组织分析和有限元模拟分析,找出了甲醇车间C102B新鲜气压缩机活塞断裂事故的原因,并提出了防止事故的建议和对策。
According to the analyses of the piston metal-lographic phase and mechanical property bases on finite element technology,the reasons of piston fracture of the C102B methanol fresh air compressor were found and some preventive suggestion were proposed.
