环形隔膜泵转子运动规律分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对新型无泄漏环形隔膜泵,在分析了环型隔膜泵排液筒的运动状况基础上建立了排液筒平动、转动方程,推导出了排液筒自转角速度公式、排液筒与泵壳内壁切点的速度与加速度公式、排液筒对隔膜的扭转角公式,计算并绘出排液筒与泵壳内壁切点的速度与加速度曲线图和隔膜的扭转角曲线图。
A new non-leakage annular diaphragm pump is introduced in this article.The translational motion and rotation equations are established on the base of analyzing moving condition of the creeping rotor,and the formulas are deduced,the rotating angular velocity,the velocity and acceleration at the tangential point between the creeping rotor and the pump shell,diaphragm torsion angle caused by the creeping rotor.The velocity and acceleration curves at the tangential point between the creeping rotor and the pump shell are computed and drawn,also the torsion angle diagram is got.
