摘要(Abstract):
本文通过对比现阶段阀门气密封试验的几种常用的检漏手段,介绍了基于超声波的阀门气密封检漏的原理及方案。
Through comparison of several kinds leak detection approach in common use in existing valve hermetic seal test,the principle and scheme of hermetic seal leak valve detection based on supersonic wave were introduced.
