油田站场输油泵模糊安全评价
Fuzzy comprehensive safety evaluation of oil transfer pump in oilfield station

摘要(Abstract):

输油泵机组作为输油站场的核心动力设备,负责为原油提供压能。现以某输油站场输油泵机组为例进行安全评价,根据故障模式、原因及影响分析对输油泵机组进行部件划分,分析输油泵机组的故障模式,建立输油泵机组的安全评价体系,应用模糊关系矩阵,采用层次分析法确定指标因素权重,最后模糊综合评价输油泵机组,确定出该输油站场6台输油泵机组的安全等级及各指标因素权重值,针对故障影响分析提出改进措施。
As the core power equipment of oil transfer station,the oil transfer pump unit is responsible for providing pressure energy.Now,the safety evaluation of the oil transfer pump unit in an oil station is carried out as an example.According to failure mode,cause and effect analysis,parts of the oil transfer pump unit are classified.The failure mode of the oil transfer pump unit is analyzed,and the safety evaluation system of the oil transfer pump unit is established.The weights of index factors are determined by applying the fuzzy relation matrix and using the analytic hierarchy process method(AHP method).Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the oil transfer pump unit is carried out to determine the safety levels and weight values of index factors of the 6 oil pump units in the station for different parts,and the improvement measures are put forward according to the failure effect analysis.
