螺杆式压缩机组在高压缩比工况下运行制冷循环方式的探讨

摘要(Abstract):

螺杆式压缩机组在设定的标准工况或者空调工况下性能参数能够达到最优,把它应用于高压缩比工况下,相应的参数就会偏离最优工况值。以螺杆式压缩机组在青海省水源热泵当中的应用为例,对制冷循环方式的选择进行了探讨,把采用单级和双级压缩制冷循环方式进行对比分析,得出了采用一次节流中间不完全冷却制冷循环方式耗功率较小,性能系数较大,热力完善度较高并且火用效率较高。
The screw compressor can achieve optimal performance parameters under the standard condition or the air-conditioning condition,when it is applied to hing compression ratio working condition,the corresponding parameters will deviate from optimal conditions value.Taking the application of screw compressor on the water source heat pump in Qinghai province for example,the choice of the refrigeration cycle mode was studied and the comparative analysis of the single-stage and dual-stage compression refrigeration cycle was carried out.It comes to the conclusion that using dual-stage compression cycle with one stage throttling and midway incomplete cooling mode can reach less power consumption,larger coefficient of performance,higher degree of heating power,higher exergy efficiency of the unit.
