小型CO_2热泵热水器膨胀阀控制策略试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

设计制作了采用翅片管换热器作为蒸发器的CO_2热泵热水机试验样机。在焓差试验室中,环境温度-15~32℃范围,出水温度在65~90℃范围内,对该热泵热水器的电子膨胀阀控制方法进行了试验研究。结果表明:相比于膨胀阀常规的过热度控制方法,通过排气温度来控制膨胀阀的开度更为稳定、有效。
An experimental prototype of CO_2 heat pump water heater with a finned tube exchanger as the evaporator was designed and fabricated.The experimental study was carried out on the control method of the electronic expansion valve of this heat pump water heater in the multifunctional enthalpy-difference test room under the test condition of ambient temperature of-15 ℃ ~32 ℃and water outlet temperature of 65 ℃ ~90 ℃.The results show that the method of controlling the opening of the expansion valve by exhaust temperature was more stable and effective than the conventional control method for superheat of the expansion valve.
