捆扎式三U型埋管换热器开发及性能分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对地源热泵系统中U型埋管换热器建立三维模型,用FLUENT软件对比分析了四种U型埋管换热器的单井换热量,结果表明,单井中布置三组U型埋管为宜,并提出了出口管捆扎式三U型埋管,且捆扎后外敷绝热层更有利于提高三U型埋管的换热量,提高回填材料的导热系数就像U型埋管加装了翅片一样,也有利于提高换热量,但材料导热系数取值存在极限。
A three-dimensional model was established about U-ground-tube heat exchangers in ground- source heat pump system. The heat flow per well of four U-ground- tube heat exchangers was simulated by FLUENT. The results show that the arrangement of 3U-ground-tube in a well is very appropriate. A new kind of the heat exchanger with tying outlet tube of three-U-ground tube has been proposed,and the thermal insulating layer is added external of tying outlet tube. Improvement of the thermal conductivity of the backfill material can increase heat flow,but the thermal conductivity is limited.
