基于CFD的轴流泵三维湍流数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为更深入研究轴流泵数值模拟的真实性与准确性及获得其内流场特性,结合南水北调东线工程某泵站模型试验数据,采用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,在多重参考系坐标下,基于Navier-Stokes方程组利用有限体积法进行了数值离散,分别选用S-A湍流模型以及RNGκ-ε湍流模型,以SIMPLEC方法对模型泵进行了数值模拟。将模拟结果在外特性上与试验数据进行了比较,选择计算结果与试验更接近的S-A湍流模型和0压力进口条件。通过观察流道内流态特性,并对计算结果进行研究,阐述了叶片上压力分布与流量之间的关系,分析了导叶的存在对流道内流态的影响。结果表明,由S-A湍流模型得到的数值模拟结果与试验十分吻合,平均效率误差小于3.72%;当进口压力值为0时,数值模拟效果好。由此证明了S-A湍流模型和0压力进口条件在轴流泵数值模拟上的优越性,该方案可以帮助深入研究分析轴流泵性能,也为轴流泵的设计提供了一种参考方案。
For further researching on numerical simulation authenticity and accuracy of axial-pump,both with its flow field characteristics,combined with a model pump data in South-North water transfer east project,the model pump were numerically simulated by using CFD software Fluent.Under the multi-reference frame,both and RNG turbulence model with SIMPLEC algorithm were chosen,the Reynolds averaged N-S equation was dispersed by the finite volume method.The comparisons of external characteristics in simulation results and experiment results show that the turbulence model and 0 pressure inlet condition are suit for continuous simulation.By observing internal flow characteristics and researching on computation results,the relationship between pressure distribution and flow rate were described,the influence on internal flow by guide blade were also analyzed.It can be concluded that model is better than RNG model,the average efficiency error of model is less than 3.72%.When the inlet pressure is 0,the numerical simulation with model is proved to be the best.This method showed its advantages in axial-pump's numerical simulation,it can help analyze axial-pump's performance and can be a reference way for design.
