圆弧形导流式气泡泵的冷态试验研究Experimental Study of Circular Arc Form Guided Bubble Pump under Cold State

摘要(Abstract):
本试验采用进气的方式对气泡泵冷态工况下的提升特性进行了分析,并在试验过程中保持进气连续均匀,以便获得更准确的试验数据和较佳的气泡泵稳定运行的性能曲线。根据试验测试结果,对影响气泡泵性能因素进行了分析,并对比了冷态工况和热态加热工况下气泡泵的提升性能.。最终试验结果表明:在保持系统工况恒定的情况下,气泡泵的液体提升量随着管径、沉浸比的增大而增大,而随着气体输入量的增加先增大后减小,这一结论进一步论证了冷态试验和热态试验结果具有相似性,也为热态试验合理确定加热功率的范围提供了重要参照。
The experiments were carried out under the cold state to study the performance of bubble pump. Uniform air is input to form continuous bubbles so as to obtain more accurate experimental data and get the bubble pump performance curve under steady state operation. According to the results,the factors affecting the performance of the bubble pump is analyzed,and the results of the cold and hot experiments are compared. Experimental results show that: Keeping the system conditions constant,the amount of liquid lifted increases with the increase of diameter and submergence ratio,and increases as the amount of air input increases initially and decreases afterwards. The experiments demonstrate the comparability of results of the cold and hot experiments,and also provide a good reference for the heating power range of the thermal state experiments.
