高频脉冲射流激励器设计与动态特性试验

摘要(Abstract):

基于S形进气道流动分离特征设计了一种用于进气道主动流动控制的高性能锥管式脉冲射流激励器。对脉冲射流激励器进行了性能试验研究,得到了不同进气总压、射流频率以及射流喷孔位置等多种控制参数下的激励器性能。结果表明锥管式脉冲射流激励器能产生具有明显正弦特性的高频脉冲射流,改变进气压力可有效调节射流速度,调节电机转速可实现脉冲频率倍增,试验中最高脉冲频率达到了800 Hz,且射流速度和频率控制精确、稳定。
A cone-shaped pulse jet actuator of high performance was designed based on flow separation characteristics of S-shaped inlet for the implementation of inlet active flow control. The performance experiment of the pulse jet actuator was carried out,and the performance of the actuator under different control parameters such as total inlet pressure,jet frequency and jet nozzle position were obtained. Results showed that cone-shaped pulse jet actuator could produce high frequency pulse jet with obvious sinusoidal characteristics,moreover,changing the inlet pressure could effectively adjust the jet speed,and adjusting the motor speed could achieve the multiplication of pulse frequency. The highest pulse frequency reached 800 Hz in the experiment,and the jet velocity and frequency control were accurate and stable as well.
