单元组装式太阳能储热器的Fluent蓄热性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

研制一种单元组装式太阳能储热器,采用熔盐作为蓄热材料,利用Fluent中的凝固/融化模型对相变材料在储热器的蓄热、相变过程进行数值模拟研究,得到了相变材料固-液相变过程不同时刻的温度场分布,通过与实验数据对比验证了模拟方法的可行性;分析了传热介质入口温度以及流速对储热器储能过程的影响,计算了一定工况下,储能过程温度随时间的变化情况,得到之间的关系表达式以及对流传热系数与Re的关系,对太阳能储热器的设计、模块化生产及应用具有重要现实意义。
Develop a unit packaged solar heat reservoir,using molten salt as heat storage material,the use of Fluent software of solidification / melting model of phase change materials in the accumulation of heat,heat reservoir numerical simulation study on phase change process,the phase change materials of solid-liquid phase change temperature field distribution of different time process,compared with the experiment data proves the feasibility of the simulation method; Analyzed the heat transfer medium inlet temperature and the influence of velocity on the heat reservoir energy storage process,was calculated under certain conditions,temperature changes with time,the energy storage process to get the relationship between the expression and the relationship between the convection heat transfer coefficient and Re,the design of solar energy heat reservoir,modular production and its application has important practical significance.
