摘要(Abstract):
针对炼油厂重油催化富气压缩机组油膜机械密封存在的泄漏问题,从工艺参数到设备和密封本身对气压机组密封进行了分析研究,找出了机械密封泄漏的原因,根据实际应用情况提出改造方案。采用干气密封替换原油膜密封后,延长了机组的安全稳定运行周期,明显改善了该装置的机械密封性能,节省了大量的润滑油。
For refinery heavy oil catalytic gas-rich compressors' film existed the problems of mechanical seal leakage,from process parameters to the device as well as seal unit itself was analyzed with compressor seal to identify the causes of mechanical seal leakage,and reform program was proposed according to the actual application condition.Replacing crude film seal with dry gas seals extend the unit's safe and stable operation cycle,significantly improved the performance of the device's mechanical seals and saved a large amount of lubricating oil.
