断裂力学用于大断面钢的研究——美国大断面钢技术计划简介

摘要(Abstract):
<正> 一、大断面钢技术计划 (Heavy Section Steel Technology Program,简称HSST计划)的背景与制定原子能发电用轻水型反应堆(简称LWR)具有造价低,体积小等优点。随着LWR的大型化,又因LWR的钢材受快速中子照射脆化,故需用大断面中低强度钢。例如100~120万千瓦级的LWR的容器直径约为14~16英尺,壁厚达12英寸。由于经济上的原因,希望把原子能发电用反应堆建在工业区和居民区,又因反应堆压力容器难以定期检修,为了提高LWR的安全可靠性,美国原子能委员会(简称AEC,后改为原子能管理委员会,简称NRC)主持制定了这
