涡旋压缩机多变压缩过程指数变化规律研究Study on the Change Law of Index of Multi-variable Compression Process of Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
针对涡旋压缩机复杂工作条件下性能预测不准确的问题,基于变质量热力学和传热学原理,考虑实际泄漏和传热的影响,建立了适用于实际工况的多变压缩过程指数计算模型,并分别求解得到了涡旋压缩机工作过程中气体质量变化过程指数和传热过程指数的变化规律。计算结果表明,压缩过程中泄漏引起气体质量变化的过程指数与泄漏量成正相关,传热过程指数变化呈指数衰减规律,泄漏和传热综合影响的涡旋压缩机多变压缩过程指数总体呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在一个完整的压缩循环过程中,压缩过程指数为一变值,压缩腔内气体质量的变化对过程指数的影响较大。
For the problem of inaccurate performance prediction of scroll compressor under complex working conditions,based on the principle of variable mass thermodynamics and heat transfer and considering the influence of actual leakage and heat transfer,an index calculation model of multi-variable compression process suitable for actual working conditions was established,and the change laws of gas quality change process index and heat transfer process index during the operation of scroll compressor were obtained.The calculation results show that the process index of gas mass change caused by leakage during compression is positively correlated with the leakage rate,the heat transfer process index change shows an exponential attenuation law,and the multi-variable compression process index of scroll compressor with combined effects of leakage and heat transfer increases first and then decreases.In a complete compression cycle,the compression process index is a variable value,and the change of gas mass in the compression chamber has a great influence on the process index.
