双级动叶可调轴流风机气动性能不达标故障诊断及治理

摘要(Abstract):

针对某火电机组双级动叶可调轴流式送风机的实际运行效率低的问题,结合现场性能试验和模型风机试验,综合风机安装精度、出口风道和叶型设计等影响因素,找到风机性能不达标的原因,提出治理方案。研究结果表明:送风机气动性能设计不达标是造成风机运行效率低、运行电流接近电机额定电流的主要原因,将原有低压叶型优化为高压叶型后,风机性能得到明显改善,达到设计性能要求,解决了机组带负荷受限问题。
In view of the problem of low actual operating efficiency of the two-stage dynamic blade adjustable axial fan in a thermal power unit,in combination with field performance tests and model fan tests and by comprehensive consideration of the factors such as fan installation accuracy,outlet air duct and blade design,the cause for failure of fan performance to reach the standard was found and the treatment scheme was proposed.The research results show that the failure of the design of the aerodynamic performance of the blower to reach the standard is the main cause for low operating efficiency of the fan and closeness of operating current to the rated current of the motor.After optimizing the original low-pressure airfoil to a high-pressure airfoil,the performance of the fan was significantly improved and reached the design performance,and the problem of load limitation was solved.
