摘要(Abstract):

针对某型冷却装置,先从理论上对其原理流程以及控制逻辑等方面进行详细分析,得出其供液温度存在超差特性,并通过冷却装置试验验证了其供液温度超差特性;然后提出消除供液温度超差的改进措施,并通过对改进后的冷却装置进行试验研究,验证了改进措施的有效性。
A detailed analysis was made in the aspects of the principle,process flow and control logic of a certain type of cooling device,and the out-of-tolerance characteristic of the liquid supply temperature was obtained,and the out-of-tolerance characteristic of the liquid supply temperature was verified by the test of the cooling device,then the improvement measures to eliminate the temperature out-of-tolerance of the liquid supply were put forward. The experimental study was conducted on the improved cooling device,and the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified.
