液冷冷板散热翅片形状与排布研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对密集多热源电子设备发热量大散热困难的问题,设计了一种带翅片的液冷冷板。采用理论计算与ICEPAK热仿真结合的分析方法,研究了7种带有不同形状、不同排布方式的翅片的冷板,对冷板及冷板上热源的温度情况,冷板内流道中冷却液的流动情况进行分析,并通过试验的方法对仿真结果加以验证。研究表明:具有交错排列的菱形翅片冷板可以有效地防止冷板流道内形成流动边界层,破坏长距离流动形成"入口效应",与其他形式翅片冷板相比具有更好的散热性能;随着冷却液流量的增加,交错排列菱形翅片冷板的散热性能优势更突出。
In order to solve the problem of difficulty of heat dissipation due to generation of large amount of heat of the dense multi-heat source electronic equipment,a kind of liquid cooled cold plate with fins was designed.By combining theoretical calculation with ICEPAK thermal simulation,seven cold plates with fins of different shapes and arrangement were studied.The temperature of the heat source on the cold plate and the coolant flow in the channel were analyzed,and the simulation results were verified by experiment.The research shows that the rhombic fin cold plate with staggered arrangement can effectively prevent the formation of flow boundary layer in the flow channel and destroy the long-distance flow to form the "entrance effect".Compared with other forms of finned cold plate,it has better heat dissipation performance.With the increase of cooling fluid flow,the cooling performance of staggered rhombic fin cold plate is more prominent.
