摘要(Abstract):
冷板冷藏车在运输冷冻货物过程中,车体传热负荷大,使车内冷冻货物温度有所升高,促使冷冻货物中微生物生长和繁殖。本文采用数值模拟方法,计算了运输过程中冷冻货物的动态温度场。研究结果表明:靠近车体壁处货物温度最高且温升快,货物顶部及中部温度最低且温升慢。因此建议采取有效措施减小车外热环境对货物温度场的影响,保证冷冻货物温度分布均匀、稳定。研究成果对提高冷藏运输货物的质量有重要指导意义。
The rising temperature of frozen cargoes will cause the growth and propagation of microorganism due to high heat load through the vehicles bodywork during the period of transporting frozen cargoes by hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles. A dynamic temperature field of frozen cargoes during transporting period was calculated based on the numerical simulation approach. The research results show that: the temperature of cargoes near the side of bodywork is the highest and rises more quickly, the temperature of cargoes both on the top and in the middle is the lowest and rises more slowly. Consequently, effective measures should be adopted to reduce the influence of thermal environment outside vehicles to ensure the uniformity and stability of temperature distribution in frozen cargoes. It's most important directive significant for the research results to improve the quality of transported cargoes.
