摘要(Abstract):

为了解决我国地铁风源系统相关设备配套的需要,对LG-0.9/9型地铁风源系统主机部分进行了研制。依据LG-0.9/9型地铁风源系统的主要参数要求,从压缩机、电机的选型开始,对多叶离心风机进行了设计计算。主机结构安装调试完成后,进行了相关试验验证,结果显示该设备满足LG-0.9/9型地铁风源系统的排气量、排气温度等相关参数要求,对地铁风源系统国产化起到推动作用。
In order to solve the needs of the supporting facilities of China's subway air source system,the main unit of LG-0.9/9 subway air source system was developed. According to the requirements of main parameters of the LG-0.9/9 subway air source system,starting from type selection of compressor and motor,the multi-blade centrifugal fan was designed and calculated.After installation and commissioning of the main unit was completed,related experimental verifications were carried out. The results show that the equipment meets the requirements of relevant parameters of LG-0.9/9 subway air source system,such as exhaust volume,exhaust temperature,etc.,which will play a powerful role in promoting the localization of the subway air source system.
