中高精度定量阀的优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

针对原定量阀投入现场应用过程中存在的问题,采用新的机械结构设计了电动执行器。步进电机插入精密行星减速机减速增力驱动阀芯旋转,在减速器输出轴上布置有机械限位装置及同步带轮,阀门回讯器与传动轴线平行布置,通过同步带传动指示并反馈阀位。与阀位检测反馈机构沿传动轴线布局的结构相比减小了长度尺寸及重量,在直管道上安装时所受弯矩小,产品更加精巧,布局更合理。该阀门已经在浙江富阳一造纸机上使用,取得了良好的控制效果和经济效益。
The existing Basis Weight Valve has some faults in the structure,new electrical valve actuator was designed by using new mechanical structure. The stepper motor were fitted on planetary reducer,and drive the valve core rotating. The ultimate machinery device and synchronizing pulley were installed on the gearbox output shaft,parallel to the transmission shaft equipped with limit switch box,and drive by synchronous belt. Compared to the scheme which feedback system in-line with the drive axle,it's decrease the length and weight,and has smaller bending moment when installed in the vertical pipeline,the product was more ingenious and the layout are more reasonable. The products developed have been using in a paper machine in Fuyang City,Zhejiang province and satisfactory control performance and economic benefit are obtained.
