涡流二极管泵内部流场的数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究涡流二极管泵内旋流场的形成发展过程、分布特征以及其流动不稳定性存在的可能性,采用大涡模拟的方法对涡流二极管泵进行数值计算。计算结果表明:涡流二极管泵内的特征流场为兰金涡结构,兰金涡在进口雷诺数达到1.4×104时形成;切向速度的峰值速度为进口流速的5倍左右,而且不同旋流腔直径下的涡核半径相同;此外,在边界恒定的条件下,兰金涡是不稳定的,其涡心的轨迹为椭圆状。
In order to study the development process of the swirling flow in vortex diode pump as well as the distribution characteristic and the possibility of the existence of instability,numerical computation in which LES was employed was carried out.Results show that the main characteristic of the flow is Rankie vortex,which will form when the Re at the inlet is up to 1.4×104;the peak value of the tangential velocity is about five times than the velocity at the inlet and the radiuses of the vortex core in different swirl chambers are the same.Besides,the Rankie vortex is instable and the orbit of the centre is elliptical.
