离心风机叶轮叶片气动优化研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用NUMECA软件对一离心风机的孤立叶轮进行气动优化研究,将原始叶片的叶型中弧线进行优化,以提高叶轮的绝热效率。共进行了3种不同方式的优化,采用单一变量法对不同优化方式的优化效果进行了比较分析。优化后,绝热效率都有不同程度的提高,有效地削弱了流动分离,减小了流动损失,流况得到不同程度的改善,表明以数值气动优化来提高叶片气动性能的方法是有效的。不同优化方式的优化效果不同,表明参数化方式以及优化工况点的选取对优化效果有重要影响。
The investigation on isolated impeller aerodynamic optimization of a centrifuge fan is carried on the software NUMECA.Optimize the camber of the original blade,just to improve the adiabatic efficiency of the impeller.In this paper,three different ways of optimization are done,and use the single variable method to compare and analysis the different optimized results.After optimization,the adiabatic efficiency has improved and the flow loss has reduced.This indicates that the method of numerical aerodynamic optimization to improve the blade aerodynamic performance is effective.The different results of different optimization methods,indicate that the parameterization and the optimization operating point have a significant impact on the optimized effect.
