克服变动背压对安全阀动作性能影响的新途径

摘要(Abstract):

本文通过安全阀动作过程阀瓣受力状态的分析,论述了各种背压对安全阀动作性能及排量所产生的影响,并提出克服大幅度变动背压对直接式弹簧安全阀动作性能影响的新途径。本文以大量试验数据表明,在大幅度变动背压情况下,先导型安全阀不是唯一的最佳方案,尤其当变动总背压小于阀门整个压力的40%时,直接式弹簧安全阀同样能有效地把这种影响限制到允许的较小范围内。
This paper describes the effects of the different back pressures on functional characterisitics and discharge capacity by analysing the forced conditions of the disc during valve operation. A way to overcome this problem is presented by improving directaeting spring loaded safety valve.On the Basis of lots of testing, the paper demonstrates also that pilot-actuated safety valve is not a best choise under big raring back pressure. The direct spring loaded safety valve is more reliable and can effectively reduce the effects to the permissible limits, especially when the total raring back pressure is 40% smaller than the set pressure.
