对三叶罗茨鼓风机内泄漏量公式的修正Revising Formula for Inside Leakage Flux of Generic Three-lobe Roots Blower

摘要(Abstract):
对通用三叶罗茨鼓风机和带逆流冷却的高压罗茨鼓风机的内泄漏经验计算公式进行了修正,应用原有经验公式以及修正后计算公式对内泄漏量进行计算并与试验结果值做了比较。比较结果证明修正公式计算结果是准确的,可提高带逆流冷却罗茨鼓风机泄漏量的工程计算精度。
The blower's experiment computational formula of inside leakage flux is revised,including generic three-lobe Roots Blower and the countercurrent technique high pressure Roots Blower.The computational result of inside leakage flux which uses the former experience formula and the revised formula is compared.The results proof veracity of the revised computational formula.The engineer computational precision of cooling Roots Blower's leakage was improved.
