基于正交试验的迷宫密封性能分析研究Study on Analysis of Labyrinth Seal Performance Based on Orthogonal Test

摘要(Abstract):
针对影响往复迷宫压缩机密封性能因素,探究迷宫密封泄漏量与影响因素之间的关系。本文结合FLUENT软件中的动网格技术和正交试验法,对影响迷宫密封泄漏量的关键参数进行对比分析[1,2],从而获得该模型的最优方案,通过模拟仿真和理论计算验证其正确性。结果表明:迷宫密封参数对泄漏量的影响程度的大小顺序为:密封间隙、进出口压比、空腔深度、活塞速度,该模型的最优方案为间隙0.3mm、进出口压比3、空腔深度1.0mm、活塞速度5m/s。
Aiming at the factors that affect the sealing performance of the reciprocating labyrinth compressor,the author explores the relationship between the leakage of the labyrinth seal and the influencing factors.Based on the dynamic mesh technique and orthogonal test method in FLUENT,the key parameters of the labyrinth seal leakage are compared and analyzed,and the optimal scheme of the model is obtained.The correctness is verified by simulation and theoretical calculation.The results represent that the order of the degree of influence of the labyrinth seal parameters on the amount of leakage is sealing gap,import and export pressure ratio,cavity depth and piston speed.The optimal scheme of the model is sealed gap 0.3 mm,import and export pressure ratio 3,cavity depth 1.0 mm,piston speed 5 m/s.
