基于曲面拟合的水泵性能曲线参数化研究

摘要(Abstract):

根据水泵叶片调节性能曲线的变化规律选择适当的基函数,基于曲面拟合法研究叶片安放角、流量、扬程(轴功率)3个参量之间的关系,建立参数化模型,提出了模型的求解方法。计算实例表明,该模型拟合相关系数高,且有简明固定的数学表达式,有利于进一步的应用和推广。
By selecting the appropriate basis functions according to the variation of vane pump regulating performance curves,we analysed the relationship in blade angle,flow,and head(or shaft power) based on surface fitting,and a parametric model was established,the solution of the problem was proposed. The calculation of the example shows that the model has a high correlation coefficient,and has a simple mathematical expression,which is helpful for further application and popularization.
