微波萃取器内流体分布的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了用激光多普勒速度测量 (LDA)的方法测定微波萃取器内流体的沉降速度和旋转速度 ,得到沉降速度和旋转速度在内、外环隙不同层数间的分布 ,研究了流量对湍流强度的影响 ;并将测得的数据用Matlab软件编程序画出二维或三维图。同时得出该萃取器应选用较大流量的结论
A totally new microwave assisted extractor apparatus was designed. LDA (Laser Doppler Anemometer) method is used to measure settling velocity and rotary velocity of the fluid in the extractor and the settling velocity and rotary velocity of different layers in annular space are obtained. The effect of flow quantity on turbulent intensity is also studied. 2 D and 3 D figures are drawn by Matlab to illustrate the data measured by Dual PDA. The conclusion is arrived that flow quantity Q≥160L/h is suitable for this extractor.
